  1. In a non-stick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Drain fat, add taco seasoning with a little bit of water and mix together. Set aside to cool.

  4. Crush Quest nacho cheese chips and add to the bowl.
  5. Add the cooled ground beef to the salad mixture.
  6. Pour the Keto Catalina dressing over the top and toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Serve immediately, topped with a dollop of sour cream if desired.
